All items sold at ENOKI STORE are 100% authentic. Most pieces are unworn, unless stated otherwise on the individual product page. Our selection includes designer archive, end-of-season, deadstock, limited-run, and selected vintage pieces.

Any signs of wear, minor imperfections, or relevant condition notes are clearly stated in the product description before purchase.

→ Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.

Shipping rates:
New Zealand — $15 NZD
Worldwide — $30 NZD

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
New Zealand — 1–3 business days
Worldwide — 3-8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local courier networks.

→ Returns & Store Credit

We accept returns for store credit on eligible items, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with any original tags or packaging included where applicable.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit once the item has been received and checked. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the store credit amount. If your order was sent with free or subsidised shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost may also be deducted from your store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has arrived not as described, faulty, or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve it.

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom may have additional return or cancellation rights under applicable consumer laws, including a 14-day cooling-off period for eligible online purchases.
