All orders placed from 22 December will be shipped when we return from break on 14 January.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor delivery.

→ Return Policy
We’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit for fit issues or a change of mind. Refunds are not offered.
Return shipping and any replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an exchange is requested and additional items are purchased as part of the replacement order, the order may be eligible for complimentary shipping based on the total items purchased. Where store credit is used toward a new purchase that qualifies for complimentary shipping, no additional shipping will be charged on the replacement order.
If an item arrives not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue. For customers within the European Union and UK, under the Consumer Rights Directive, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may return an item for store credit or exchange. This does not apply to custom-made items.
